Police in Turkey Arrest 10 People Suspected of Having Ties to ISIS

Police in Turkey have arrested 10 people suspected of having ties to ISIS.

FOX’s Jessica Golloher has the details:

Turkey’s state run Anadolu Agency is reporting that at least 10 suspected ISIS recruiters have been arrested by anti-terror squads.

The announcement coming after authorities in Ankara have blamed the Islamic insurgents on suicide bombings in the country within the last six months.

In January, 10 tourists died after a suicide bombing in Istanbul. In October, 103 people died in Ankara after twin suicide bombings: all blamed on ISIS.

Turkey has also been making efforts to seal its porous border with Syria and Ankara is also letting the U.S.-led coalition use its air bases to bomb ISIS targets.
