Texas Grand Jury Indicts Two Anti-Abortion Activists
A Texas grand jury investigating Planned Parenthood winds up indicting two anti-abortion activists.
FOX’s Gurnal Scott has the story:
The grand jury said those two activists, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt shot the infamous undercover recording last year in Texas of a discussion of selling aborted fetuses.
That video sparked outrage among Republicans leaders and a national dialogue on whether federal funding for Planned Parenthood should continue.
The activists are accused of tampering with a government record. The grand jury also found no fault on the part of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, the subject of the video.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott says a state investigation is continuing.
