San Bernardino Attackers Didn’t Post About Jihad on Social Media
The head of the FBI now says the San Bernardino terrorists did not post about Jihad on social media.
FOX’s Jessica Rosenthal has more on the investigation:
FBI Director James Comey clarified that Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik did not post about Jihad or Martryrdom on social media, but rather sent messages about it…
(Comey) “This is not public posting, this private messages back and forth just like any of us emailing a friend or family member. The government’s only intercepting that with probable cause and a court order. If we don’t know anything about the person, we have no predication to be doing that in the first place.”
Separately the man who allegedly purchased two rifles for Farook may be charged soon. He reportedly told investigators that Farook had been planning an attack a few years ago, but got spooked due to terror related arrests in Southern California.
He also said Farook may have been in touch with one of those who was arrested.
