    Once the Senate does the same, that will pave the way for Congress to vote on a massive $1.1-trillion spending bill to fund the government through next September.

    Democrats meanwhile are not happy that the deal will lift the U.S. ban on crude oil exports and suspend two major taxes associated with ObamaCare,
