There's a new threat to shut down the city of Chicago if Mayor Rahm Emanuel doesn't resign.
FOX News' Jeff Monosso reports:
Protesters are launching a 'Black Christmas' campaign and threatening to take the streets on Christmas Eve if Mayor Rahm Emanuel doesn't step down over the city's handling of the police shooting of a black teen last year.
(Livingston) "We have an army together now of individuals young and old, black, white, brown, yellow, it doesn't matter, that are fed up."
Gregory Livingston, with the 'Coalition For A New Chicago,' demanding President Obama also get involved and threatening to protest other local leaders if they refuse to jump on the recall Rahm bandwagon.
