Five Students Stabbed, Killer Dead At California College Campus

    Five people have been injured in a stabbing spree on a college campus in California.

    FOX News’ Jessica Rosenthal reports:

    Campus police were able to shoot and kill the suspect at UC Merced in Central California. The university says a man started stabbing people in front of a main building.

    Two people who were hurt had to be flown to hospitals and three others who were injured were treated on campus, all were conscious. The campus has been closed for the rest of the day.

    Officials say counseling services are available. The campus is right near Yosemite National Park, it has just over 6,600 students enrolled.
