A man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a four-year-old New Mexico girl has been captured and charged.

FOX News Radio's Rich Denison reports:

Charges filed in the death of a 4-year-old girl in an apparent road-rage incident. Lilly Garcia was shot while riding in her father's pickup... Albuquerque Police Chief Gorden Eden says an anonymous tip helped with the arrest...

(Gorden) "We received an anonymous call from a person who reported they knew who had shot Lilly." 

The suspect arrested Wednesday...

(Gorden) "The Albuquerque Police Department detectives took into custody, Tony Torrez, age 32, who confessed to the murder."

In addition to the murder charge, Torrez facing weapons violations in the young girl's death.
