FOX News Radio's Jon Decker has more:

With Vice President Joe Biden reportedly close to a decision about whether to make a run for the White House, the President at a joint press conference with his South Korean counterpart was mum on whether his loyal number two should enter the race.

(President Obama ) "I think that the Vice President like every other candidate makes their own decisions about these issues and they'll have to figure out whether it makes sense for them."

The President said he was "very impressed" with the five announced Democratic presidential candidates who took part in Tuesday's debate.

The Vice President has been considering a campaign just months after the death of his eldest son.
