Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Eric Church & More Lined Up For 2016 Stagecoach
Two country rebels are set to open the CMA Awards. Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, and Eric Church are lined up for California Stagecoach 2016. And Rosanne Cash speaks out about guns.
FOX News Radio’s Michelle Pollino reports in “FOX Country”:
I’m Michelle Pollino.
Hank Williams Jr. and Eric Church will open the 49th Annual CMA Awards with a joint performance of “Are You Ready for the Country,” written by Neil Young from his classic 1972 Harvest album. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood are back as hosts. The awards air on ABC November 4th.
The stellar lineup for Stagecoach 2016 has been revealed. Headlining are Eric Church, Carrie Underwood and Luke Bryan, but just as important are the dozens of other performers like Old Dominion, Chris Young, Sam Hunt, The Band Perry, Little Big Town, and more. The three day festival takes place April 29th to May 1st at Indio, California.
And Rosanne Cash is speaking out about gun control on her Facebook… asking people to sign the petition on the White House website to reinstate the 1994 federal ban on assault weapons. Fans were not pleased and posted as much, which prompted Cash to write that commenters to be more respectful of other’s opinions.
