DraftKings and FanDuel Ban Employees From Fantasy Sports Games
New York’s Attorney General has started an investigation into fantasy sports insider trading allegations.
FOX News Radio’s Dave Anthony reports:
DraftKings and FanDuel are now prohibiting their workers from playing any fantasy sports games on either website.
(Robins) “We are completely committed to creating an open and transparent environment.”
DraftKings CEO Jason Robins.
(Robins) “Having the trust of our customers that the game is fair is everything to us.”
Robins also tells the FOX Business Network the report that started all this was not accurate regarding his employee who won $350,000.
(Robins) “The person was sent information after he was no longer able to make any changes to his lineup on FanDuel.”
So while it was inside information, he could not and did not act on it. Robins says the employee did nothing wrong, but is being vilified.
