Paul Walker’s Daughter Suing Porsche

Late actor Paul Walker’s daughter is taking Porsche to court over his fatal crash.

FOX News Radio’s Michelle Pollino reports:

Paul Walker’s daughter is suing Porsche for wrongful death.  The ‘Fast & Furious’ actor died in a crash involving the sports car.

Meadow Rain Walker claims he was killed from “numerous design defects.” The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for defects that her lawyers claim “kept the actor trapped” in the Porsche when it crashed and burst into flames in November of 2013.

Walker was on a break from filming the seventh “Fast & Furious” franchise when he died. His friend and business associate Roger Rodas was driving the car when it spun out of control.

Porsche released a statement saying it was the driver’s fault not the car.
