Carrie Underwood Uses Periscope
Carrie Underwood goes on Periscope for the first time and yes she’s touring! Tim McGraw serenades eldest daughter heading to college, and a re-issue of Garth Brooks ‘No Fences’ with a remake of his hit friends in low places hits a road block.
FOX News Radio Entertainment Correspondent, Michelle Pollino has the scoop on the Country music stars making headlines this week:
FOX Country.

Carrie Underwood tried Periscope for the first time last week, as people started to notice the singer was on the social media live chatting app. She answered many of the questions they started posting. The “Smoke Break” singer also assured fans that she’s touring, telling CMT they’re working out the details now.
Tim McGraw gave a shout out to his daughter heading off to college by posting a behind-the-scenes video of himself and his band performing his 2006 hit “My Little Girl”.
McGraw’s Shotgun Rider tour wraps later this month.
Garth Brooks‘ stalemate with publishers means his 25th anniversary reissue of ‘No Fences’ may not happen. On the album, he was preparing to remake “Friends in Low Places” with guests including George Strait and Keith Urban.
That’s FOX Country on FOX News Radio.
