Miranda Lambert established a fund to encourage and empower women to achieve their goals and to pursue their dreams in the music industry. Teaming with Belmont University to offer scholarships for women studying the music business. The Miranda Lambert Creators Fund will offer scholarships to women entering Belmont’s Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business. Proceeds from Miranda’s Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars Unplugged acoustic show will help establish the fund.
Colt Ford enlisted the help of his friend, A&E Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson, on his latest song and video “Cut’ Em All”. Willie dropped some rhymes for the song and co-stars in the video that has the two starring as two police detectives in search of a renegade duck.
After 14 years, Alabama is set to release a brand-new album, “Southern Drawl”, in September. This is the first completely new project since “When It All Goes South”.
