Closing Arguments In James Holmes Trial

The jury hearing closing arguments Tuesday in the Colorado movie theater massacre trial.

FOX News Radio’s Jessica Rosenthal at the court in Centennial has more:

Jurors will have nearly three months worth of testimony to consider from over 250 witnesses when they deliberate whether or not James Holmes was insane. And they’ll be able to consider Holmes’s own statements. They watched over 20 of interviews he did with one of the psychiatrists who found him mentally ill, but sane.

(Holmes Interview) ”Uh, well, I knew it was legally wrong.”

To find Holmes insane, jurors will have to agree he suffers from an illness or defect that made him unable to tell right from wrong.
