US Women’s World Cup Champs Celebrated In NYC

USA! USA!  In New York City, a celebration for the US Women’s National Team after capturing the World Cup.

FOX News Radio’s Tonya J. Powers reports from Lower Manhattan:

I’m in the Canyon of Heroes — that is where confetti is flying and the Women’s World Cup soccer team has been riding through on floats with those medals around their necks. You can hear the crowds everywhere… they’re chanting ‘USA! USA!’ and they are absolutely in a party mood. It’s a beautiful day here in Lower Manhattan — flags, American red, white and blue everywhere. Kids, adults, you name it, everybody is here to see history made today and they are having the time of their lives.
