Greeks voting no for more austerity measures, as banks continue to dry up from lack of funds.
More from FOX News Radio's Simon Owen in Athens:
Those banks are still closed. People were out celebrating here through the night, even though -- if anything -- the result brought about yet more uncertainty in Greece. Voters saying no to accepting more austerity measures in return for an international bailout deal.
Without a deal though, the banking system could run out of cash tomorrow according to some estimations. The Greek prime minister -- in campaigning -- predicted he'd be able to secure a deal within 48 hours of the vote. The clock now ticking.
