A deadline is looming on reaching a deal with Iran to curb its nuclear program.

FOX News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington.

The clock is ticking, and Secretary of State John Kerry says negotiations with Iran could go either way. And, he says the U.S. is prepared to walk away.

(Kerry)"We're not going to shave anywhere, at the margins, in order just to get an agreement."

Yesterday marked nine straight days of marathon talks to get Tehran to curb its nuclear program in exchange for lifting sanctions.

While the European Union's top foreign policy official says an agreement is "very close"... Secretary Kerry says there's still a ways to go to meet tomorrow's deadline.
