Supreme Court To Rehear Affirmative Action Case

The Supreme Court is going to take up an affirmative action case again.

FOX News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

The High Court has agreed to hear another challenge to the admissions program at the University of Texas, which factors in race when considering applicants. The fight started seven years ago when Abigail Fisher, who is white, didn’t get into the university’s campus in Austin. When her case reached the Supreme Court three years ago, the Justices did not rule on affirmative action, but rather sent the case back to a lower court.
