VIRAL VIDEOS: The Colonel Is Back!
Here’s what’s going viral now on Facebook. LISTEN HERE:
“Taylor Swift – Bad Blood featuring Kendrick Lamar.”
Fresh from topping Maxim’s ”Hot 100″, Taylor Swift continues to turn up the heat with her latest music video. The sizzling clip shows Taylor’s character, named Catastrophe, getting double-crossed by Selena Gomez’ character, named Arsyn, in a somewhat violent and extremely choreographed heist.
The over-produced, rap infused music video is shot like a mini action movie. It shows Taylor’s character recovering from her attack in a lab. Think a cross between Lee Loo from The Fifth Element and Anakin Skywalker’s transformation into Darth Vader.
The video then transitions to Taylor’s character recruiting a crew of scantily clad femme fatales, with cameos ranging from Jessica Alba to Cindy Crawford… All in order to battle Selena Gomez.
Then, there’s this:
“Bloodsport Mentos Commercial.”
Need a quick pick me up? Look no further than this trending clip that edits scenes of Jean-Claude Van Damme from the ’80’s movie “Bloodsport” to the Mentos jingle, creating an epically nostalgic parody commercial.
And, Facebook users are hitting the “like” button on:
“The State of Kentucky Fried Chicken Address.”
Colonel Sanders returns from the dead in this commercial that’s gone viral. While, the real Harland Sanders passed away in 1980, KFC is bringing the Colonel back in the form of actor Darrell Hammond, who attempts to address the Colonel’s absence with a rambling recap of some notable modern advancements… All in an attempt to get customers to purchase buckets of chicken.
While some are saying it’s a bit creepy, and almost sacrilege to copy the original creator of the KFC secret recipe… Others think the spot, is pretty hilarious. After all, as the saying goes, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
