It has happened again... another data breach. This time, hitting Homeland Security.

FOX News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

A Homeland Security official tells Fox News the personal information of DHS officials was compromised.

The Department has notified employees who were affected and they're being encouraged to be vigilant.

In a statement, DHS spokesperson Marsha Catron said Homeland Security is adjusting security measures to protect employees.

Last month, ISIS posted the names and addresses of service members online in the form of a target list.
