US To Slow Withdrawal of Troops From Afghanistan

    President Obama says the U.S. will maintain 9,800 troops in Afghanistan through the end of 2015. President Obama and Afghan President Ashraf Ghani held a joint news conference Tuesday afternoon from the White House.
