Disney Theme Parks Price Hikes

    The “happiest place on earth” may feel more like the “most expensive place on earth.”

    FOX News Radio’s Bill Vitka explains:

    A one-day ticket to Disney World has broken through the $100 mark. 24-hours in the Magic Kingdom is now $105, up $6. Tickets to one of the three Florida theme parks – went from $94 to $97.

    Disney is raising ticket prices across the board. An adult one-day ticket to Disneyland will rise from $96 to $99. Tickets for children — 3 to 9 — will climb from $90 to $93.

    Some visitors don’t like it; others take it in stride.

    A spokesman defends the price hikes, saying Disney is an attraction unlike any other.
