In this week’s Legal Lis – Lis talks to Greg Knapp at KCMO Kansas City, KS and also to Sean at WIBA in Madison, WI both in regards to significant changes that expected to happen now that the balance of power has shifted following the results of the 2014 midterm elections. Major court cases from four states are still pending, raising questions about voting rights of minorities, the poor and the elderly, as well as the rights of states to make changes to their election procedures to protect the integrity of their contests.
