Three iconic toys have been announced as this year’s additions to the National Toy Hall of Fame.

FOX News Radio’s Tonya J. Powers has more:

The Rubik’s cube has made it into the National Toy Hall of Fame.

(Commercial) “Rubik’s cube. Over three billion combinations, but just one solution.”

It’s joined by little green Army men…

(“Toy Story”) “All right, men, you heard him – code red!”

…they’re in the movie “Toy Story” there, and bubbles as this year’s inductees.

They beat out nominees that included paper airplanes, the game “Operation” and the Slip ‘N Slide.

The National Toy Hall of Fame is at the Strong Museum in Rochester, New York. That’s where past winners are displayed… And include Barbie, the hula hoop, and GI Joe.

Guess the little green Army men will have someone to talk shop with.
