Ebola in America: U.S. Government Fights Back
A briefing was held Friday afternoon by Senior Administration Officials, talking about the U.S. Government’s response to the Ebola pandemic.
The briefing was conducted by Senior Administration Officials including Lisa Monaco, Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism; Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell; Dr Anthony S. Fauci, M.D., Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institute of Health; Raj Shah, Administrator, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID); and General David M. Rodriguez, Commander, United States Africa Command (AFRICOM).
