@FDNY responded to multiple dwelling explosion and building collapse which caused a five-alarm fire Wednesday at 114th Street in the Harlem section of New York City.
FOX News Radio’s Jeff Monosso reports from New York:
A seventh body has just been pulled from the ruble and debris from the explosion and collapse of the two apartment buildings in East Harlem that left dozens more hurt, several others are still missing. And the focus is now also on the cause of the apparent gas explosion. NTSB investigators are on scene.
(NTSB) “We’ll be looking at the operations issues associated with ConEdison and we’ll be also looking at the pipe issues itself.”
Neighbors report smelling natural gas well before the explosion. The Red Cross is also there, helping people now left homeless.
