HOUR 1

Lt. Col. ALLEN WEST (Ret.) weighed in on David Jolly's win in the special election in Florida saying it was a referendum on Obamacare and the other failed policies of the current administration. The Colonel also questioned what image the President was portraying by doing the interview with Zack Galifianakis explaining that it was the wrong time to do it with all the turmoil in the world.

HOUR 2

FOX's Chief Congressional Correspondent MIKE EMANUEL discussed Kathleen Sebelius facing Congress to defend the Health and Human Services proposed budget for next year.  Mike also touched on the Florida special election and what the win means for the GOP in the upcoming mid-term elections and the possibility of the CIA was spying on senators. He also said that Washington insiders are calling President Obama's appearance on "Between Two Ferns" is a sign of desperation.

Writer and TV commentator JOE CONCHA dropped by the studio to talk about President Obama's interview with Zach Galifianakis, Piers Morgan getting drilled by Chelsea Handler and more. Joe said that the President's appearance was degrading and reeks of desperation. On Piers Morgan and Chelsea Handler he explained that this thing happens when you say you are leaving a show and stick around for another month and explained that Chelsea may have been "auditioning" for the time slot.

HOUR 3

"The People Have Spoken (And They are Wrong)" author DAVID HARSANYI came by to explain why he has concluded that democracy is the most overrated, overused, and misunderstood idea in political life. The less we have of it the better. "Democracy" is not synonymous with "freedom." It is not the opposite of tyranny. In fact, the Founding Fathers knew that democracy can lead to tyranny. That's why they built so many safeguards against it into the Constitution.  David also explained that we have too much government and that is screwing up democracy.

America's Newsroom co-hosts MARTHA MACCALLUM and BILL HEMMER discussed how they thought the U.S. should handle the Crimean crisis and the missing Malaysian airliner.
