Man Sentenced To 30 Years In Death Of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry
A man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for the killing of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.
FOX News Radio’s Jessica Rosenthal reports from Tucson, Arizona:
Agent Brian Terry’s family spoke in court. And afterward his sister Kelly acknowledged that in court she addressed Manuel Osorio-Arellanes.
(Kelly) “Like I said, after today I didn’t want to see his face anymore so I just wanted to let him know that I meant what I said.”
Osorio-Arellanes got a 30 year prison term. Two other suspects are in custody in Mexico and the family hopes they’re being extradited. Two others are fugitives.
There was no mention of the government program Terry’s death exposed – ‘Fast and Furious’. Two weapons found at the scene got there because the ATF allowed illegal weapons purchases in an effort to track guns to Mexican drug cartels.
