Winter Weather NYC

A winter storm is disrupting schools, businesses and transportation across much of the Eastern U.S.

FOX News Radio's Jeff Monosso reports from New York:

The winter storm is now bearing down on parts of the East bringing heavy snow along the I-95 corridor from Virginia to New England with winter storm warnings and advisories covering much of the region forcing school and business closures from D.C. to Connecticut.

(Martino) "There's a lot of equipment going out there. A lot of large plow trains."

Pennsylvania DOT's Nick Martino. New Jersey is cross-honoring bus tickets for train rides ahead of today's messy commute. And call ahead, more than 2,000 flights are cancelled. And it's getting colder with windchill advisories and warnings that extend from here in New York to the Midwest.
