A second bombing in Russia -- heightening security concerns for the Olympics just over a month from now.
FOX News Radio's Jessica Golloher reports from Moscow:
The head of the International Olympic Committee says he's confident Russia will make the upcoming games in Sochi as safe as possible. The announcement comes after two suicide bombings in as many days some 400 miles north of the venue. At least 34 people are dead and more than 100 others wounded. Russia has been battling an Islamist insurgency next to Sochi in the northern caucuses for a decade. Rebels want to create an Islamist state and the Kremlin has cracked down on dissent. Critics say that's merely leading to more violence. Meanwhile, Russia's President has stepped up security across the country.
