Many people try to have the best body they can, but is there such a thing as hitting the gym too hard?

FOX’s Colleen Cappon reports in this edition of “Housecall For Health”:

Are you addicted to working out? Top exercise physiologists say to get the most benefits from fitness, three to four times a week is enough. Taking breaks from the gym helps repair muscles, making them leaner and stronger. Too much exercise could actually cause belly fat, because of an increase in the hormone cortisol. Experts say working out should enhance your life and if you’re skipping social events or meetings to hit the gym, you may need to seek help.
