If you’re gonna lose your wallet, the best place might be Helsinki. Eleven out of 12 lost wallets were returned by the Finns to their rightful owners. It was a project undertaken by Reader’s Digest, which dropped off wallets in 16 cities around the world. Each wallet contained a contact number and about $50 bucks. The second most honest city Mumbai, India — followed by Budapest, New York City and Moscow. The crown for the most dishonest city is Lisbon. Only one wallet was returned. Next dishonest was Madrid, then Prague and Zurich.
