Rating Airline Travel
Americans are not too happy with the current state of air travel, according to a new survey.
FOX News Radio’s Bill Vitka reports:
There may be some things in life that are worse, but for now air travel will have to do. In customer satisfaction the airlines rank lower than the Post Office.
The annual survey conducted by the University of Michigan does find it’s a nudge better: a 3% improvement. It’s not much, but it means airlines are doing better than pay TV and Internet service.
What we don’t like about air travel is the crowded seating, extra fees and poor service. The airlines that do the best job: JetBlue and Southwest. The worst are Delta, United, American, and US Airways.
