America’s largest clean energy project is the wind farm planned for Nantucket Sound in Massachusetts. The federal government approved it in April 2010, after years of planning. Still, it’s gone nowhere, with opposition from some local environmentalists. Why? FOX News Radio’s Chris Foster spends “A Few Moments With” Libby Handros and Philip Warburg; they’re two of the people behind a documentary about the project and the fight over it, called “Cape Spin!”
