Give your brain a boost… with food. The Mediterranean diet is found to benefit your mind according to a new study.

The next time you sit down to a dinner of fish, don’t think of it as a meal, consider it crash course in IQ.
Fish and seafood, poultry, eggs, cheese and yogurt: they’re the tent poles of the Mediterranean diet, and it’s brain food according to a new study in the journal “Neurology”.
It’s the largest ever to look at food and the thought process. The Mediterranean diet steers clear of red meat and sweets. But wine is fine in moderation.
And if you tow the line, you’re 19% less likely to suffer mental impairment. The Mediterranean diet has already been found to be heart healthy, now as well, it’s food for thought.
