NYC Airport Security Finds Knife in Mayo Container, Lets Man Board Flight

Transportation Security Administration officers at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport caught a guy who picked a poor choice of hiding place for a knife.

FOX News Radio’s Jeff Monosso reports:

Security screeners at JFK stopped a man as he arrived for a trip to Mexico City.  The problem?  He had a jar of mayonnaise.  That isn’t allowed on flights, let alone what TSA agents found inside: a knife plunged into the mayo.

Officials say Port Authority police confiscated both the knife and the mayo, and allowed the man to catch his plane.
