U.S. Soldier Charged After Afghan Killing Spree [VIDEO]
U.S. officials say it was a U.S. soldier – a married father of two, based in Washington state, on his first tour – allegedly shot and killed as many as 16 Afghan civilians before dawn on Sunday in the southern part of the country. Afghan President Hamid Karzai is calling the spree – which left nine children and three women among the dead – an “assassination.”
