Disturbing new details about what happened in the moments before Josh Powell blew up his house with his two young sons inside, killing all three.

Authorities say smoke inhalation was the primary cause of death for Josh Powell and his two children. But the Medical Examiner's office says the five and seven year-old boys also suffered severe chop injuries to their heads or neck.
Troyer: "He was intending on doing this before it occurred. He had planned this."

Troyer: "There was accelerants throughout the whole entire house."
Investigators say Powell doused the home with gasoline before the boys arrived for a supervised visit with a social worker. Once the boys entered the home, Powell locked the door keeping the social worker out. Powell a person of interest in the disappearance of his wife.

Editor's Note: Susan Powell disappeared back in 2009. Reports have surfaced that the boys began to talk about seeing mommy in the trunk of daddy's car on a camping trip. It is unclear if this was Josh Powell's motive for killing himself and his sons.
