SC Primary: Gingrich Wins, Romney 2nd, Santorum 3rd, Paul 4th

FOX News has projected a winner of the South Carolina primary: Newt Gingrich. Gingrich’s win marks a strong turn-around for the former House Speaker. This win for Gingrich also further scrambles the GOP presidential race, which has had three different winners in three different states now.
