Napolitano: “In today’s world, domestic security and international security are inextricably intertwined.”
Napolitano speaking out during a panel on security in Washington, saying that America and its allies have to take the world stage when it comes to controlling terrorism, because terrorism is all around in ever changing forms. The DHS says it has personnel stationed in more than 75 countries around the world.
