Housecall for Health: Senior Moments May Come Early

A new report shows that those “senior moments”… may come a lot earlier than you would think.

FOX’s Colleen Cappon has the details in today’s “Housecall for Health”:

According to data published in the “British Medical Journal”, the brain’s abilities to reason, comprehend and remember may start to worsen as early as age 45.

In the 10 year study, scientists documented what they called a notable decline in mental functioning between 45 and 49 years old.

Experts say although the findings may be alarming to some, a healthy lifestyle can help with brain aging.
