North Korea’s “Dear Leader” Kim Jong Il is dead and has gone to that great big Hennessey factory in the sky!  His son, Kim Jong Un, has been named his successor.  What does this change in leadership mean to the rest of the world?  To weigh in, Steve will be joined by Rep.
