Casey Anthony Faces New Lawsuit In Baby Daughter’s Death

Casey Anthony’s lawyers will be back in the courtroom, once again.  This time, they’ll be fending off even more legal action against the mother related to the disappearance and death of her daughter, Caylee.

FOX News Radio’s Eben Brown reports from Miami:

Casey Anthony’s attorneys are now fighting a lawsuit in Orlando by Tim Miller and his rescue company, EquuSearch.  Miller wants Anthony to pay him back for his efforts in looking for toddler daughter, Caylee Marie, claiming that she must have known all the time the child was dead and the body dumped down the street from the family’s home in a garbage bag.  Miller wants $100,000 for his troubles.

Anthony is also fighting a lawsuit by a Tampa woman with the same name as a fictitious nanny Anthony claimed kidnapped the girl.
