Sandusky Waives Hearing, Case Moves to Trial

    In an unexpected move, the pre-trial hearing to determine if there is enough evidence to move forward with a child sex abuse case against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky ends without any testimony from his alleged victims.  Sandusky waived his right to the hearing, meaning the case moves ahead to trial.
