The police use of pepper spray on a University campus in California has prompted an investigation and more student rallies.
FOX News Radio's Jessica Rosenthal reports from Los Angeles:
Students at the University California at Davis are rallying today in protest of the police use of pepper spray on students who were demonstrating as part of the Occupy movement. Video appears to show students sitting on the ground Friday. When police tell them to leave they don't, so one officer casually walked by administering a heavy dose of pepper spray. Two officers and the UC Davis Police Chief have been placed on leave. The UC President says he's appalled and is assessing law enforcement procedures on all ten UC campuses.
