Norway Attacks… Authorities Lower Death Count to 76

    Norwegian Police have lowered the death toll in the dual shooting and bombing to 76 – 68 deaths on the Island of Utoya and 8 deaths in the Oslo bombing.

    Norwegian Police spokesman Oystein Maeland spoke at a news conference in Oslo, speaking through a translator.
