Netflix is separating its streaming and DVD services and increasing the monthly fee.

Current subscribers pay $9.99 (a month) to get unlimited streaming access and one DVD at a time.  But starting September 1st, new subscribers will now have to pay $7.99 for streaming and another $7.99 for unlimited DVDs.
