Brian Kilmeade co-opted the regular studio today, leaving the guys to do the podcast in a room about the size of the inside of a VW bug.
The conversation starts with them wondering when Kilmeade actually sleeps, and then onto lucid dreaming, followed by Ambien and then the wondrous effects of cold medicine. There’s tarot cards and Chinese medicine in the mix, as well.
This podcast started as a duet, but morphed into a quartet as a couple of stragglers mozied on in. “Island Time” is a key concept here.

The guys solve all of the world’s problems again in this podcast. Wait, that’s a dream, right? Speaking of dreams, we hear of a strange dream sequence in Tom’s heavy metal music video cameo. The rundown also includes tea cleanses, Huffy bikes, knock-off sodas, Twizzler tunnels, Evel Knieval and a great pick for a final song before retiring.
Notwithstanding this podcast’s title, there’s much in the way of meaningful content in this episode. OK, that might be a bit of a stretch, but we promise some level of entertainment.
To wit: topics like Andy’s aversion to caffeine, Doublemint gum, breathing techniques, camping experiences, UFO’s, and whether we can really trust health food store owners.
Tom, Andy, and Tim take command of the show today. Ben is off meeting with big wigs in the industry. Hmmmm.
Tim executed the “Perfect Diamond” today. This reminded Andy about his almost “perfect” walk this afternoon.
Is academic life an amazing way of life? For Tim, he’s not sold on it based on his experience.
