Federal District Court Judge Rules in Favor of House Republicans in Obamacare Lawsuit
A setback for President Obama as a federal judge rules against the Administration’s and its actions in implementing Obama Care.

A Federal District Court Judge has ruled that the Obama administration, in implementing Obamacare, cannot spend funds that Congress did not appropriate.
White House spokesman Josh Earnest expressed confidence that the courts will ultimately side with the White House:
(Earnest) “It’s unfortunate that Republicans have resorted to a taxpayer-funded lawsuit to re-fight a political fight that they keep losing.”
The ruling is a major victory for House Republicans whose lawsuit has been called a political stunt by the President.
