Bernie Sanders Cuts Staff

Democratic Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is laying off staff, even he says he’s going to stay in the race.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

The Sanders campaign is shrinking to a staff of no more than 350 people from what used to be around 1,000.

The decision to let go of staff comes after his poor showing in Tuesday’s contests. Even so, Sanders sounded hopeful as he rallied supporters in Bloomington, Indiana:

(Sanders) ”With your help, we’re going to win here in Indiana next Tuesday.”

The Sanders campaign is also expected to focus on trying to win the California primary on June 7.
